The School of Production Summer Workshop is a five-day immersive training designed to equip and empower the next generation of production leaders.

This course brings together technical excellence and purpose-driven creativity, helping students understand how production serves the larger vision of live experiences and ministry.

Students will engage in practical sessions, collaborative learning, and real-world applications, culminating in a live production experience during the Night of Worship.

Participants choose one stream. Each provides focused, hands-on training led by experienced practitioners.

Foundational and practical knowledge in audio production — from signal flow to live sound engineering.

Lighting

Knowledge and practical skills to create impactful lighting for live events and worship environments.

Video Production

Creative and technical skills to produce high-quality video content from start to finish.

Graphic Design & Social Media

Creative and technical skills to communicate ideas visually for church and digital platforms.

IT, Networking & Live Broadcast

The technical backbone required to power modern production environments and live broadcast workflows.

Requirements

Individuals currently serving in production teams (audio, lighting, video, media, broadcast) OR aspiring individuals with a basic understanding or strong interest in any of the five streams
Basic familiarity with laptops, software tools, or creative/technical workflows is recommended
Willingness to learn, collaborate, and actively participate in practical sessions
Participants must bring their own laptops for training and project work
